InnovestX Securities Company Limited (“InnovestX”) has a policy to combat fraud, corruption, and bribery, and therefore has established channels for reporting suspicious activities. Complaints can be made for suspicious employees leading to “corruption, or the violation of the law” regarding InnovestX operations through various channels as follows

For any information that is provided, will be kept secret to prevent retaliation or revenge against honest whistleblowers and InnovestX will consider only true complaints. This channel is not allowed for bullying and accusation of other people.

In this regard, it is considered that the whistleblower or complainant consents to InnovestX processing personal data that appears in the complaint.
