Strategic Alignment:

• Collaborating with business leaders and stakeholders to understand their goals, strategies, and objectives.
• Translating business strategies into technology and architecture strategies that support the organization's digital transformation initiatives.
• Identifying opportunities to leverage technology to gain a competitive edge within our industry.

Technology Planning:

• Developing and maintaining a comprehensive technology roadmap that outlines the evolution of technology platforms and systems to meet the changing demands of the industry.
• Evaluating emerging technologies and assessing their potential impact on the business.

Architecture Design:

• Designing and maintaining the architecture blueprint for the organization's IT landscape, considering factors such as scalability, security, flexibility, and integration.
• Defining architecture patterns and standards for applications, data, infrastructure, and security within the context of the company.

Solution Architecture:

• Collaborating with project teams and solution architects to ensure that technology solutions are aligned with the overall enterprise architecture strategy.
• Reviewing and approving solution designs to ensure they adhere to architectural guidelines and principles.

Integration and Interoperability:

• Ensuring seamless integration between various systems, both internally and externally, to facilitate smooth trading, settlement, and customer interactions.
• Enabling interoperability with third-party platforms and services, such as cryptocurrency exchanges and payment gateways.

Security and Compliance:

• Collaborating with cybersecurity teams to define security architecture and measures that protect sensitive financial data and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Establishing robust identity and access management (IAM) strategies to safeguard customer information and transactional data.

Change Management:

• Guiding the organization through the process of adopting new technologies and architectural changes, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Communicating the benefits of architectural initiatives to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Performance Optimization:

• Continuously monitoring and analyzing the performance of systems and applications to identify bottlenecks, optimize processes, and enhance user experience.
• Collaborating with infrastructure teams to ensure scalability and high availability of our platforms.

คุณสมบัติ

• Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• In-depth understanding of the brokerage industry, including trading platforms, financial regulations is a plus.
• Proficiency in application architecture, integration, cloud computing, security, and relevant programming languages.
• Able to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and compliant architectural solutions.
• Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior executives.
• Aligning architecture decisions with business goals and industry trends.
• Good at analyzing complex challenges and proposing innovative solutions.
• Having regulatory and compliance awareness.
• Strong adaptability and learning agility skills.
• Overseeing architectural changes and projects to ensure timely delivery.
