Product Dealing

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Execute orders for offshore stock markets, offshore bonds, offshore mutual funds, structured notes, private assets, and FX in accordance with instructions from Relationship Managers (RMs).
• Monitor market conditions and ensure timely and accurate execution of all orders.
• Provide suggestions and solutions to all relating parties to ensure smooth execution and operation of the products.
• Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the execution process, maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders.
• Manage day-to-day operations related to product dealings, including liaising with product counterparties, and handling any operational tasks.
• Ensure that all transactions and operations are conducted efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure that all workflows and practices are in line with internal guidelines and comply with regulatory authorities' requirements.
• Identify and mitigate any risks associated with the execution and operation of the products.
• Work closely with other relevant departments to ensure the seamless operation of the products.
• Provide regular updates and reports to management regarding the status of executions and any potential issues.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in product dealing, trading, or a similar role within the brokerage or financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of offshore stock markets, structured notes, private assets, and FX.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and risk management practices in the financial services industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
