Agile Methodologies

• Participate in planning, developing, and delivering software using Agile methodologies.
• Engage in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives..
• Manage and update tasks in the sprint backlog according to project priorities.
• Monitor progress to ensure delivery within scope and quality standards.

Technical Expertise

• Develop software with high-quality standards and contribute to code reviews to maintain code quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
• Proficient in modern programming languages such as Node.js, Golang, React, or Java.
• Experienced with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Basic knowledge of infrastructure and cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure).

System Analysis

• Analyze and evaluate existing systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective system solutions.
• Design and implement solutions aligned with the company’s Enterprise Architecture.

Secure Coding & Security

• Follow company secure coding standards in all development work.
• Conduct security checks for applications and systems to identify and fix vulnerabilities.
• Apply a security-first approach in software development.

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other stakeholders, to understand requirements and objectives.
• Communicate progress, risks, and issues clearly to relevant stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities to improve development processes and apply best practices.
• Promote continuous learning and skills enhancement.

คุณสมบัติ

• Minimum 3 years of experience in backend development.
• Strong proficiency in backend programming languages such as Go, or Node.js or Java.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments.
• Familiarity with Logstash and ELK Stack for centralized logging and monitoring.
• Experience using AI tools to assist in development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of both SQL and NoSQL database
