Explore market development both onshore and offshore in any perspectives e.g. new services, new products, changes in laws and regulations, new technologies and platforms etc.
Analyze in detail and identify the potential business development to serve client needs
Draw project scope, structure, processing flows, activities, timelines, systems required, parties involved
Be a project manager and owner cooperate with all stakeholders
Finds out efficient, effective solutions for any issues and problems occurred in the project and escalate for any urgent or serious or unsolvable matters
Design and cooperate with IT to develop in-house platforms or improvise the current platform for supporting business development
Master’s degree or higher in engineering, business, management, finance, economics, or related field
5 years or more equivalent experience in securities, investment, derivatives, banking, or related field
Evidence of project management skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Very Proficiency in English
