Organize and prioritize critical issues and required information for the CEO to facilitate efficient decision making.
Assess inquiries directed to the CEO, determine the proper course of action, and delegate to the appropriate individual to manage.
Oversee company governance and o organize, prepare agendas for and take minutes, prepare resolution and maintain records of all documents and materials of Company s committee meetings.
Liaise with CEO, senior managements, key stakeholders and external parties on company s important matters.
Able to understand the needs of the company, as well as the individual needs of the company s employees
Having leadership skills to help peers and supervisors reach a common goal that supports a company’s overall objective
Able to effectively analyze data and use the findings to create viable solutions
Having good problem-solving skills
Having an excellent time management, organizational and follow up skills
