Establish and improve key foundations, process digitization to drive SCBS’s strategic goals and strategies
Analyze and plan for operational excellence improvements that align and ensure key business activities run smoothly supporting SCBS operations and strategic projects
Deploy quality operational excellence plan in conjunction with the company’s business directions, including engaging with other functions to set up and implement systems and processes that improve product time to market and drive value
Drive rigorous metrics related to the Balance Score Card to evaluate performance and drive reduction in variability/defects in critical business processes.
Build relationships with other Division and Corporate resources to support identification, review, prioritization, and execution of key improvements opportunities/projects to drive results
Provide a leadership role, must be capable of leading their organization on a continuous journey of sustained improvement
Ability to motivate, counsel, and constructively deal with people at all levels
Liaise with key company employees to determine their product and service needs
Bachelor or Master degree in MBA Finance, Accounting or related fields with knowledge in Business process improvement consulting
Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers
Strong and proven analytical skills with ability to work creatively and analytically in problem solving environment
Experience in collecting and analyzing data
Strong leadership capabilities with can-do attitude and drive for success
