Monitor fund balances (fiat and crypto) to maintain sufficient liquidity for client and company needs.

Execute and validate core processes: buy/sell, deposit/withdraw, account verification, and reconciliation in compliance with regulations.

Coordinate with tech, product, operations, and compliance teams to maintain system stability and resolve real-time issues.

Ensure adherence to all regulatory and internal risk control requirements.

Analyze market trends and user behavior to optimize liquidity and maximize P&L.

Collaborate on the launch and management of tokenized securities and other digital asset products.

Drive cross-functional initiatives aligned with the company’s digital asset strategy.

Prepare reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.

Benchmark industry practices to support continuous improvement.
