Ensure daily execution of operational duties including but not limited to processing buy/sell/deposit/withdraw orders of various cryptocurrencies, asset reconciliation, account verifications, and overall customer care and regulatory reporting.

Monitoring platform reliability and stability.

Ensuring the compliance with both external and internal requirements in terms of regulatory and business needs

Ensure sufficient liquidity in both fiat and digital assets to serve clients' and company's transactions while ensuring compliance with regulation and internal controls.

Analyzing cryptocurrency market data and clients' behavior and developing liquidity management models to ensure optimal liquidity while still maximizing PnL

Responsibility not limited to operation and liquidity management

Coordinating with multi-parties, multi-disciplines to find solutions and/or boost business performance
