Handling inbound and outbound calls, including welcome calls for new clients.
Providing investment advice and executing buy/sell orders in TFEX.
Assisting clients with credit line adjustments and margin calls (Call/Force).
Following up on outstanding debts and ensuring timely resolution.
Cross-selling additional financial products such as Thai equities, global equities, and mutual funds.
Contacting leads provided by other teams to pursue cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
Participating in webinars and company-hosted events related to TFEX to enhance client engagement and product knowledge.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Investment, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional certifications such as Securities licenses
1–5 years of experience in investment consulting, wealth management, or brokerage services.
Strong understanding of equity markets, trading strategies, portfolio management, and risk assessment.
Ability to interpret financial reports, analyze market trends, and provide actionable investment recommendations.
Excellent interpersonal skills to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
Ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and persuasive manner.
Familiarity with financial regulations and industry best practices to ensure ethical and compliant investment advice.
Experience with trading platforms, investment tools, and financial software.
