Lead and manage team, ensuring they operate efficiently, meet sprint goals, and deliver high-quality software solutions.
Oversee day-to-day team operations, ensuring efficient workflow, task allocation, and timely project delivery.
Facilitate team meetings, stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure clear communication and continuous improvement.
Conduct regular individual catchup with team members, to provide constructive feedback, and support individual growth paths including problem solving.
Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to the teams, helping to solve complex technical challenges and aligning their work with the company’s architectural standards, including expertise in RESTful APIs, message queues and event-driven architecture.
Investigate new technologies and provide guidance to squad members in the use of new technologies.
Contribute to architectural discussions and design decisions, ensuring scalable, robust, and maintainable solutions.
Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies, guiding the team in adopting relevant advancements.
Ensure the team adheres to high coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes.
Identify skill gaps within the team and develop plans for professional development and training.
Champion a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing
Collaborate with senior management to define and execute strategies that align with the company’s overarching goals.
Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from inception to delivery, and ensure that projects are on track and meets quality standards.
Monitoring development activities to ensure that the products are being carried out according to the sprint goals.
Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams, including creative, technology, and procedure experts, as well as strategic partners, preferred vendors, infrastructure teams, and other application teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Foster strong relationships and effective communication with other teams such as Product Managers, QA and DevOps.
Drive cross-team initiative and ensure seamless integration of work across different functional areas.
Promote a collaborative environment where teams learn from each other and work towards shared organizational goals.
Work with stakeholders to align the goals and company’s direction related with solution delivery and effectively communicate to all squads.
Collaborate with senior management to define and execute strategies that align with the company’s overarching goals.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to algin technical solutions with business goals and deliver effective and impactful software applications.
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, particularly with Product Managers, to align on priorities and roadmaps.
Effectively negotiate scope and timelines, advocating for the team’s capacity and ensuring realistic expectations.
Proactively suggestion of possible solutions or identify and communicate potential roadblocks or overloads, to maintain team well-being and product quality.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years’ experience in IT solution delivery and project implementation with at least 4 years in leading team and deliver a large-scale projects (end-to-end) implementation.
Processes strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and team management skills.
Processes strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to properly manage stakeholder expectations and escalations.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including communicate and liaise with stakeholders, outsources, product owners and product managers.
Proven experience working with strategic partners and preferred vendors, as well as infrastructure teams and other application teams to endure proper design, development, testing and implantation.
Experience in system analysis, detailed application design, and the ability to deliver solutions in a timely and high-quality manner.
Strong proficiency in frontend and backend design, including microservices.
Ability to handle and resolve management escalation around solutions.
Excellent communication skills.
