Act as product owner for all structured note offerings.
Generate product ideas aligned with market conditions.
Prepare weekly recommendations, sales kits, and marketing materials.
Liaise with global structured note issuers for product idea, pricing and term sheet preparation.
Coordinate with research and investment specialist teams to select suitable underlying.
Provide product training to RMs, recommend investment solutions and support them in client engagement.
Collaborate across departments to improve product delivery and sales processes.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
Have strong interest and experience in structured products.
Have experience in bond/credit analysis is a plus.
IC Complex 1 is required (CFA is a plus).
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks.
